6. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service.

If a client cancels:

• Within 12 hours of the scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited

• Outside of 12 hours, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

Refined Places reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Digital Products

Refined Places offers one-off digital products for purchase.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

• The product is for personal use only

• You will not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the product without written permission

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law

Delivery of digital products will occur electronically after payment is received.

 

8. Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Full payment must be made prior to delivery of digital products.

For services, the remaining balance is due as agreed prior to or on completion of the service.

 

9. Intellectual Property
